Why Organic Fertilizer?
Along with passage of time, the life science on earth, its flora & fauna have adjusted itself in the present conditions; however, due to increase of population, we have resorted to new methods to meet with our daily requirements. In order to meet the feeding requirement of increased population, our farmers have resorted to hybrid seeds. But, as said by Darwin, cultivation of crops through hybrid seeds has not passed the principles agricultural ethics and due to which there appears considerable increase of bacterium in various vegetables, fruits, grains, etc. that makes them unhygienic and diminishing crop cultivation. In order to develop crops, farmers have used chemical fertilizer and pesticides are used to kill the bacteria, as such, it causes negative impact on crop as well as unhygienic effects on the lives of people.
Our forefathers have never used such deadly chemical/pesticide means of crop cultivation, instead they were using the indigenous fertilizers like cow dung, cow urine etc., due to which they were having long healthy life. Their eyesight and health were good. Now, if we resort to organic farming in place of chemical fertilizers, it will increase its production capacity as well as its hygienic condition. ઓર્ગેનિક ખાતર શા માટે?
જેમ જેમ સમય પસાર થતો ગયો તેમ તેમ દરેક જીવ, વનસ્પતિ કે મનુષ્ય પોતાની જાત ને વધારે સારું અને સૂદ્રઢ બનાવતા ગયા પણ જેમ જેમ આપણી પૃથ્વી ઉપર વસ્તી વધતી ગઈ તેમ આપણે આપણી જરૂરિયાત ને પહોચી વળવા અવનવા પ્રયોગો કરતા રહ્યા. વસ્તી વધતા આપણે અનાજ ની જરૂરિયાત ને પહોચી વળવા જડપી અને વધારે અનાજ મેળવવા આપણે હાઇબ્રીડ બિયારણ તૈયાર કર્યું પણ હાઇબ્રીડ બિયારણે ડાર્વિન ના મત મુજબ ઉત્ક્રાંતિ ના નિયમો ને પાસ કર્યું ન હતું જેના લીધે આ વનસ્પતિ જૈવિક, શાકભાજી, ધાન્ય, ફળો વગેરેમાં જીવાત નું પ્રમાણ વધારે થયું અને છોડનો વિકાસ ઓછો થયો, છોડના વિકાસ માટે ખેડૂતે રાસાયણિક ખાતર નો ઉપયોગ કર્યો અને જીવાતને નાથવા પેસ્ટીસાઈડનો ઉપયોગ કર્યો જેની નકારાત્મક અસર પાક ઉપર તો પડી પણ સમગ્ર માનવ જીવન પર પણ પડી જે આપણે જોઈ સકતા નથી.
